Job summary

Legend Biotech in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist to represent Legend’s CAR-T products to oncology institutions and to drive sales targets within a defined geographic area.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of Legend and competitor therapies, build account plans with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 75% to support customers and opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication, strategic account management, and a proactive, compliant approach to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in specialty markets.
• Experience with cell therapy/bone marrow transplant.
• Experience with Multiple Myeloma.
• Product launch experience in competitive environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior selling skills with relationships in healthcare.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Drives CAR-T brand choice amongst oncology customers.
• Understanding of Legend and competitor products and disease state.
• Navigate complex account environments and stakeholder needs.
• Develop geography-specific insights and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute account business plans to meet customer needs and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on programs.
• Document calls and manage expenses; report adverse events as required.
