Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Cell Therapy Account Specialist to represent our CAR‑T products to oncology institutions and drive sales within a defined geography.

You will master our portfolio, understand the therapeutic landscape, and coordinate cross‑functional action to meet and exceed targets. You will build district plans, engage with healthcare professionals, and promote responsible, compliant use while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize patient access and account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.
• Experienced managing and executing in large accounts including strategic planning and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drives multiple myeloma CAR‑T brand choice amongst institution‑based oncology customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of Legend and competitor products in the therapeutic area; deep disease state knowledge.
• Navigate complex account environments and address stakeholders’ needs at all levels; triage for internal support.
• Develops territory understanding and identifies geography‑specific issues and opportunities.
• Provides insights to cross‑functional teams on feedback from interactions with healthcare professionals and market trends.
• Leads development and execution of an account business plan to meet customer needs and corporate goals.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to co‑promote products or services.
• Prepares territory budgets for customer contacts, educational grants, speaker events, etc.
• Represents Legend at national/local symposiums and initiates hands‑on work with urgency.
