Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. in Nashville seeks a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist to represent Legend in a defined territory, drive sales, and exceed targets within a competitive landscape.

You will leverage deep product knowledge of CAR-T therapies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and travel up to 75% to engage institutions and HCPs while advocating for patient-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Experienced managing and executing in large accounts including strategic planning and problem solving.
• Previous sales experience in cell therapy/bone marrow transplant.
• Experience with Multiple Myeloma
• Previous product launch experience in a highly competitive environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills.

Responsibilities

• Drives CAR-T brand choice among institution-based oncology customers.
• Deep product knowledge and competitive landscape understanding.
• Navigate complex account environments and triage to internal stakeholders.
• Develops geography-specific account strategies and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Provide insights on customer interactions and market trends to sales management.
• Develop and implement account business plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects for accounts.
• Prepare territory budget plans and manage external expenditures.
