Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist to join the sales team supporting Boston, MA and the broader New England region.

The role focuses on representing Legend's CAR‑T products to oncology institutions and driving sales targets in a remoteWork setup. You will navigate complex accounts, collaborate with cross-functional partners, develop territory business plans, and provide market insights while ensuring compliance with PhRMA and OIG guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.
• Experienced managing and executing in large accounts including strategic planning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Represents Legend's products to a defined customer base and achieves sales targets.
• Navigate complex account environments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Develops account business plans and provides feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare territory budget plans and manage external expenditures.
• Promote Legend's products in compliance with regulations.
