Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist for the Sales team in San Diego, CA.

The role entails representing Legend's CAR-T products to oncology accounts, driving sales targets, and managing strategic accounts within a defined geography. The candidate will maintain in-depth product knowledge, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and develop territory plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharma/biotech sales in specialty, oncology, or rare disease.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.

Responsibilities

• Represents Legend's products to a defined customer base and grows sales.
• Navigate complex account environments and understand stakeholder needs at all levels.
• Develop and implement account business plans to meet customer needs and corporate goals.
• Report call activity and customer information in the reporting system; manage expenses.
