Job summary
Eurofins USA Discovery Services in Fremont, CA, is seeking a Senior Cell Assay Support Specialist to provide pre- and post-sale technical support for cell-based and biochemical assays. You will troubleshoot customer issues, review product documents for accuracy, and support the product management and QA teams to drive improvements.
The role involves training, collaboration with sales, and occasional travel. A PhD or MS in a related field plus relevant assay experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- PhD/MS in cell biology, pharmacology or a related discipline.
- Experience with cell-based assays and assay development preferred.
- Experience in training scientists on cellular/biochemical assays is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sale technical support for cell-based and biochemical assays.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with R&D and manufacturing teams.
- Assist with development and maintenance of the CRM case management system.
- Contribute to knowledge base and product improvement programs.
- Occasionally travel for trade shows or training.
