Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience; 8 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven project management experience with delivery track record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction management, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• CCM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead CEI project engineering for construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project teams, ensure schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, design engineers, and sub-consultants as needed.
• Ensure safety plans meet Federal, state, local rules and ISO standards.
• Prepare schedules and cost estimates; review change orders as needed.
