You will translate marketing strategy into a mobile experience, set priorities and KPIs, and coordinate brand, CRM and content teams for a cohesive consumer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Design or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in consumer marketing, digital marketing, CRM, brand marketing or related roles.
• Experience moving content through medical, legal, regulatory and promotional review.
• Proven ability translating brand strategy into digital content and engagement.
• Cross-brand coordination across multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile experience direction, priorities and performance goals.
• Translate brand strategies into consumer messaging within the mobile channel.
• Build and manage the content roadmap for NovoCare Mobile across brands and CRM.
• Lead mobile content through medical, promotional and regulatory review processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to activate approved materials.
• Serve as a central business partner to brand teams and consolidate requests.
• Ensure campaigns connect to the mobile experience and drive next steps.
• Define and monitor KPIs for activation, engagement and value.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Analytics and Digital.
