Job summary

James Hardie is seeking a Product Owner for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time CDP to lead its customer data strategy. You will define the platform vision, governance, and roadmaps, enabling a unified customer profile across James Hardie's brands.

You will collaborate with Digital Product, Marketing Automation, IT, Enterprise Data, Analytics, Web, and partners to scale customer data across enterprise systems and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or managing Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or comparable enterprise CDPs.
• Experience integrating enterprise CDPs with Salesforce CRM, data warehouses, APIs, and modern integration technologies.
• Experience owning product roadmaps or enterprise technology platforms while translating business objectives into technical delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Develop and maintain the platform vision, roadmap, architecture, and operating model aligned with James Hardie's strategies.
• Prioritize platform capabilities, technical debt, integrations, governance initiatives, and business use cases.
• Own the architecture and implementation strategy for enterprise customer data flowing into Adobe Experience Platform.
• Partner with IT, Enterprise Data, CRM, and implementation partners to deliver scalable integrations across Salesforce CRM and other data sources.
