Job summary

You will lead strategic plans, analyze channels, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve net sales, share, and margin targets within guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years in Key Account Management or sales.
• Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI).
• MS Office or Google Suite proficiency (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Experience in consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 6P plans for Petco to achieve Hill's commercial goals.
• Lead and conduct customer meetings to support Go-to-Market plans.
• Create annual strategic plans and initiatives to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results within budget.
• Customize shopper programs using Hill's brand strategies to drive sales.
• Use data sources to create fact-based selling stories for stakeholders.
