The successful candidate will hold a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, be at least 18 years old, and have at least one year of clean CDL driving experience. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; OSHA 10 or 30 card.
• At least 1 year of clean CDL driving experience; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a group of drivers daily to ensure routes are serviced timely.
• Educates and retrains new drivers on inspections and safety protocols.
• Trains drivers to operate CDL trucks along designated routes and to disposal site.
• Completes daily training documentation and paperwork.
• Collaborates with operations to schedule retrains within 72 hours.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports company goals.
• Monitors waste containers and ensures safety compliance.
• Maintains vehicle readiness to minimize downtime.
• Participates in ongoing training and career-path programs.
