You will lead advanced reviews, mentor CDI staff, and collaborate with physicians and revenue cycle leadership to improve clinical documentation and education programs.

Qualifications

• RN required, BSN preferred.
• CCDS or CDIP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work with multiple EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-level reviews to improve documentation accuracy and clinical integrity.
• Query physicians to obtain missing or unclear documentation.
• Mentor CDI team members and lead education programs.
