Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a senior Clinical Documentation Integrity leader to join our Orchestration Works team in Austin. You will work with product, engineering, data science and AI specialists to redesign how documentation impacts quality, coding, denials and reimbursement.

This on-site role offers a competitive salary between $150,000 and $250,000 plus bonuses, plus a relocation package for qualified candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Senior CDI leadership with enterprise-scale program oversight.
• Deep knowledge of clinical documentation, coding, quality outcomes.
• Experience partnering with physicians and revenue-cycle leaders.
• Strong analytical, process-improvement and strategic skills.
