Ensemble Health Partners in Austin, TX is seeking an AVP, Coding Innovation Operator to lead orchestration of advanced coding workflows and AI-enabled revenue cycle initiatives.

You will apply deep expertise in professional and facility coding, coder education, and audits to partner with product, engineering and AI teams, aligning strategic client relationships and QA benchmarks across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive coding, HIM, compliance or revenue cycle leadership.
• At least five years leading large, multi-site teams.
• Experience overseeing provider education and payer audits.
• Experience with coding quality programs and defined accuracy standards.
• Strong executive client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding innovation initiatives and redesign workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams.
• Oversee provider education, audits, QA and regulatory compliance.
