Job summary

ITC Defense in Charleston, SC seeks a Senior Electronic Security Systems Technician to support CYP CCTV and lifecycle programs. This senior role requires advanced knowledge of electronic security, surveillance, engineering systems, integration, testing, and lifecycle support.

The position leads design, installation, testing, configuration, diagnostics, and technical analysis of CCTV, IP video, and access control systems across CONUS/OCONUS locations, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with engineering documents and technical drawings design/modification.
• Advanced technical work on complex electronic security systems and components.
• Ability to plan and execute broad-scope technical projects or serve as a technical expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, testing, installation, modification, and sustainment of CCTV, IP video surveillance, access control, and related electronic security systems.
• Prepare engineering designs, specifications, drawings, test plans, and acceptance criteria for equipment and systems.
• Develop approaches to resolve design/system performance problems and recommend modifications.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, vendors, and stakeholders for compatibility of equipment and systems.
• Perform advanced configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and analysis of video quality, network, storage, and access control.
• Plan and conduct tests to evaluate feasibility and performance of designs.
• Coordinate fabrication of pilot models and set test procedures for equipment.
