Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. in Charleston, SC seeks a Senior Electronic Security Systems Technician (Engineering Technician VI) to support CYP CCTV and lifecycle services.

The role requires advanced knowledge of electronic security, surveillance, and system integration across acquisition, testing, installation, and sustainment. You will lead design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation, coordinate with government personnel and vendors, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with CCTV/IP video surveillance and access control systems.
• Proven ability to design, modify, and document complex electronic security projects.
• Experience leading technical projects and coordinating with government and vendors.
• Travel up to 90% to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration, testing, installation, modification, and sustainment of CCTV, IP video surveillance, and access control systems.
• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex equipment.
• Develop approaches to resolve design and system performance issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical activities with Government, vendors, and contractors; ensure compatibility.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, testing, and analysis of video quality, storage, and network performance.
• Plan and conduct experiments to assess feasibility and performance of designs.
• Develop measurement techniques to evaluate equipment performance and reliability.
• Travel to support contract activities and lifecycle upgrades.
