Job summary

HERE Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager - Data & Analytics to lead reporting, analytics, and data management for the Chief Customer Office (CCO). You will own and enhance CCO reporting solutions, serve as the primary data contact, and partner with the Transformation Management Office to improve data quality and support data warehouse initiatives.

The role requires strong Tableau and SQL expertise, experience with data governance, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years in Business Operations, Sales Operations, BI, Analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced Tableau development experience: dashboards, data modeling, performance optimization, access management.
• Strong SQL skills with large enterprise datasets.
• Experience with data warehouses, reporting platforms, and data governance.
• Experience managing reporting access controls and security permissions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain CCO reporting and analytics solutions for Sales Leadership, Regional Sales Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Design, develop, automate, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions for pipeline, revenue, bookings, forecasting, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Finance, Support & Services, and Sales Operations to understand reporting needs and priorities.
• Lead data cleansing initiatives and support data warehouse-related projects.
• Lead development, maintenance, and optimization of Tableau dashboards and reporting assets; manage security and access.
