Job summary

RiseMe in Washington state is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to translate drawings into high‑precision NC programs for 3, 4 and 5 axis machining. You will design tools/fixtures, support prove-out activities, and help optimize lean manufacturing initiatives to produce close-tolerance metal components.

Candidate will have 7–10 years of CNC programming and tool design experience, along with Catia and Vericut proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 7–10 years CNC programming and tool design experience.
• Experience with 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining.
• Capable of translating drawings and data into NC programs.
• Experience with Catia and Vericut preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3, 4 and 5 axis NC programs using Catia.
• Create setup and supporting documentation to instruct machine operators.
• Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance to established standards.
• Translate drawings and electronic data into part programs meeting geometry and labor standards.
• Coordinate machine/process sequences with the team.
