Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of NC/CNC programming in aerospace machining, including 3‑Axis and 5‑Axis applications.
• Create and maintain CNC programs, machine control data (MCD), tooling data, and setup documentation using CATIA V5/V6.
• Create and update setup sheets and tool layouts as required.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements to develop machining methods for aluminum, titanium, and composite parts such as spars, panels, ribs, and empennages.
• Validate NC programs using Vericut and support shop‑floor troubleshooting, prove‑out, and process improvement.
• Work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, tooling, planning, and operators to improve quality, producibility, and cycle time.

Location: Auburn, WA (onsite). Full-time only. Domain: Aerospace. Visa: GC/US Citizen. Positions: 4.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of NC/CNC programming in aerospace machining, including 3‑Axis and 5‑Axis applications.
• Create and maintain CNC programs, machine control data (MCD), tooling data, and setup documentation using CATIA V5/V6.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in multi‑axis aerospace machining, cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and CNC machine controls.
• Hands‑on experience supporting tooling, fixture development, and machining process improvements in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing planning, setup sequencing, and production support in an aerospace environment.

Tools & Software Skills

• CATIA V5/V6 for CNC programming.
• Mastercam for CNC programming and tool path development.
• Vericut for NC simulation and program validation.
