The successful candidate will collaborate with manufacturing to launch new products, solve advanced engineering challenges, and mentor teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Biomedical) required.
• Minimum of 5 years catheter engineering experience in medical devices.
• Experience serving as Technical Lead on catheter development projects.
• Rapid prototyping experience required.
• Experience in regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead on catheter development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Lead the design, development, testing, and optimization of catheter systems and components.
• Drive rapid prototyping to evaluate design concepts and accelerate development.
• Develop and execute engineering plans, test strategies, and design verification activities.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to support transfer-to-manufacturing and product launches.
• Lead process development including assembly, optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Operations teams for project execution.
• Identify and resolve catheter design/manufacturing challenges.
• Support process validation, design transfer, and production readiness.
