Qualified applicants will be licensed RNs in North Carolina, ANCC magnet certification preferred, BLS, and 18 months of tertiary care experience with leadership/teaching. This full‑time, onsite role offers day shift and a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; professional certification relevant to practice area (ANCC Magnet approved) within probationary period.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• Eighteen (18) months of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting, including charge/precepting experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nursing Practice across a high‑acuity, diverse patient population.
• Education and development: design/implement programs for staff competency and continuing education.
• HR management: assist with staffing, performance feedback and professional goal setting.
• Operational and fiscal: ensure adequate staffing, budget alignment, and resource management.
• Research and performance improvement: engage in quality initiatives and publish findings as appropriate.
