UNC Health Johnston is seeking a Cath Lab RN to join our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab. This role requires ANCC nursing certification and NC RN licensure, with at least 18 months of tertiary care nursing experience.

You will join a high‑tech team delivering interventional cardiovascular care, collaborating across disciplines to ensure safe, high‑quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed RN in North Carolina with ANCC certification and BLS.
• Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes an environment with teamwork, communication and quality patient care.
• Lead interdisciplinary patient care planning and coordinate with care teams.
• Provide clinical nursing leadership and role modeling for staff.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting and resource management on shift.
• Engage in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Support patient education and ensure safe, effective care delivery.
