Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality management, experience with large-volume events, and proficiency with ordering systems, email communication, and office software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years similar work experience
• Interact with diverse, high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner
• Operate Web-based ordering system and manage changes to orders, menus, and client profiles
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets
• Write professional and efficient client emails
• Meet company uniform standards for this position
• Use Personal Protective Equipment per company guidelines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and solve problems independently
• Leads 5–10 hourly staff including delivery and culinary personnel
