Eurest is seeking a Catering Executive Chef for a Corporate Account in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead kitchen and catering operations delivering high-quality meals and events in a professional corporate setting with balanced schedules.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership, an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, and strong knowledge of food safety, cost controls, and client relations. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• 3–5 years progressive culinary or kitchen management experience.
• Corporate catering experience preferred.
• High-volume catering or complex foodservice operations experience.
• Institutional or batch cooking experience.
• Hands-on chef leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, catering execution, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Computer proficiency including Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook, email and internet.
• ServSafe Certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering menus aligned with corporate guidelines and client expectations.
• Prepare or oversee meals following standardized recipes and portions.
• Maintain production records, forecasts, and waste logs; taste quality regularly.
• Lead and develop culinary staff in food prep, safety, and sanitation.
• Manage cleaning, preventive maintenance, and kitchen equipment.
• Track inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and successful audits.
• Collaborate with operations, catering sales, and clients to execute events.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in meetings and training.
