Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering sales experience.
• Experience in hotel Catering/Convention Services, Banquet, Hotel Sales or Culinary Arts is acceptable as part of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and detail social and corporate catering events with and without guest rooms for the hotel.
• Oversee execution of events and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure success.
• Solicit new business, negotiate contracts, and review proposals.
• Promote the hotel and maximize revenues through guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, and contracted groups.
• Provide site tours and manage communication across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
