Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree or certification in culinary arts, restaurant management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Hershey’s Chocolate World catering and events to ensure high standards.
• Supervise part-time staff, coach for guest engagement, and manage scheduling and attendance.
• Maintain inventory and food safety standards; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate event prep, run-of-show, and quality checks on food leaving the kitchen.
• Interact with customers to address concerns and ensure sales goals are met.
