Job Description

The Senior Catering Services Manager is a key leadership role responsible for leading catering operations at a large account or coordinating multiple catering outlets at a single account. This role involves planning and executing catering orders and special events, as well as leading and advising the catering team to ensure all events meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement catering solutions tailored to customer needs.
2. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers.
3. Ensure consistent quality in event planning and execution.
4. Coordinate the delivery of food based on banquet event orders.
5. Assist clients in planning special events and providing creative solutions.
6. Train and supervise catering staff to uphold standards and quality.
7. Manage Banquet Event Orders and ensure quality assurance.
8. Achieve sales, food, and labor targets while managing budgets.
9. Oversee the execution of catering events of various sizes, including staffing.
10. Accurately report catering revenue, expenses, and receivables.
11. Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the catering team.
12. Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
