Eurest is hiring a full-time Senior Catering Captain at Allison Transmission in Indianapolis, IN. You will supervise the catering team, prepare and serve food at functions, and may drive to catered events.

The role requires catering experience and strong computer knowledge; a valid driver’s license and food handler’s/permitting requirements may apply by state law. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Catering experience and strong computer knowledge required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Catering Department employees and participates in performance appraisals.
• Determines workload from catering orders and coordinates setup with group leaders.
• Delivers and sets up food and supplies for catered functions and ensures proper presentation and temperatures.
• Interacts with customers and resolves issues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
