Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Catering Captain for a full-time role at the Boston Scientific facility in Spencer, IN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with catering responsibilities including coordinating staff, preparing and serving meals, and possibly delivering to events.

We require catering experience and a valid driver’s license; permits may be required by state law. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement are offered in a university-like environment.

Qualifications

• Catering experience required.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure functions are delivered on time.
• Discusses setup arrangements with function group leaders and handles last-minute changes.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Under supervision, prepares and serves food at scheduled functions.
• Drives a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions if needed.
