Job Opportunity: Senior Catering Captain

Location: Texas A&M, College Station, TX 77843

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours may vary based on events.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Summary

Supervise Catering Department employees, prepare and serve food at functions, and possibly drive a truck for deliveries.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise catering staff and assist in performance appraisals.
2. Coordinate workload based on catering orders.
3. Meet with event leaders for setup and last-minute adjustments.
4. Deliver food and supplies to event sites.
5. Ensure proper food presentation, temperature, and sanitation.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment and work areas.
7. Interact with customers, handle complaints, and relay concerns.
8. Follow safety and sanitation standards.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering supervision, food prep, and service required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
