Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Dallas is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Sourcing to lead corporate sourcing across diverse categories including Electrical, Mechanical, IT, MRO and more. You will drive cost savings, own enterprise agreements, and mentor Category Sourcing Managers to deliver business goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management, and proven leadership within a data center provider environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, or related field.
• Seven+ years in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply-Chain.
• Three+ years leading a procurement sourcing team.
• Experience with contracts >$50M annual value.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy for assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of category sourcing managers.
• Lead ongoing category management to meet business objectives and cost targets.
• Ensure the contract portfolio is current and robust.
• Negotiate supply opportunities and terms with vendors.
• Support line of business with category requirements and analyses.
