Job summary

QTS is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Sourcing to lead category management efforts across assigned spend areas. You will coach a team of category sourcing managers, drive cost optimization, and ensure robust contractual oversight with suppliers.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align procurement activities with data center operations and corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply-chain, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply-Chain.
• 3+ years leading a procurement sourcing team.
• Experience managing vendor relationships with $50M+ annual value.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy across assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of category sourcing managers to outperform expectations.
• Lead execution of category management activities to achieve objectives and benefits.
• Ensure contract portfolios are current and robust; negotiate with vendors.
• Participate in QBRs and guide best practices across the team.
