Aristocrat is seeking a Sr. Category Manager – Professional Services to shape sourcing strategies and maximize value across a broad range of services. You will lead complex projects, build relationships with senior business collaborators, and ensure compliant contracting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Strong negotiation with high-value contracts (MSAs/SOWs).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and uphold category strategies for Professional Services.
• Analyze spend, supplier landscapes, demand, and market intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: discovery, requirements, market analysis, supplier eval, negotiation, implementation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, SLAs, and other contract conditions.
• Establish frameworks for consulting, advisory, agency, legal, recruitment, and contingent labor engagements.
• Develop supplier segmentation and governance models.
• Serve as procurement advisor to senior leaders.
• Ensure alignment with policies, authorities, legal requirements, and controls.
• Use spend analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Provide mentorship and support to sourcing colleagues.
