Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Senior Category Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain to shape our global sourcing approach across freight, warehousing, courier, customs, MRO, and transportation. You will lead multi-year roadmaps, set supplier frameworks, and drive cost, service, and risk improvements with senior leadership across regions.

You will own the supplier landscape, negotiate strategic agreements, and mentor the procurement team, leveraging analytics and AI tools to uncover savings and value

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or category management, focused on logistics or supply chain services.
• Proven ability to develop and implement global or multi-region category strategies.
• Experience leading high-value negotiations with logistics providers and suppliers.
• Strong influence across senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global category strategy for Logistics and Supply Chain Services, incl. freight, warehousing, courier, customs, MRO, and transportation.
• Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with business priorities, targets, and compliance.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives globally; define negotiation strategies and supplier evaluation criteria.
• Structure and negotiate strategic supplier agreements to optimize cost, service, and long-term value.
• Own the supplier landscape, governance models, and preferred supplier frameworks.
• Lead senior-level supplier engagements to influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Utilize analytics and market intelligence to improve cost efficiency and supplier performance.
