Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
Extensive experience managing high-value, complex professional services categories.
7+ years in strategic procurement or category management with independent leadership.
Expert negotiation and sourcing: pre-negotiation, market approach, and SOW/SLAs optimization.
Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including TCO and should-cost modeling.
Leadership of procurement tech (Coupa, Icertis, Oracle, Archer) and AI integration.
Strong project management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for professional services.
Lead complex sourcing initiatives from concept to contract with cross-functional teams.
Create advanced negotiation plans and SOW/SLA templates.
Establish supplier performance management frameworks and executive reviews.
Influence senior stakeholders and co-create procurement solutions.
Drive procurement process improvements and data analytics leveraging Sievo and AI.
Identify and mitigate supply risk; ensure governance and compliance.
Mentor junior team members in value creation and negotiation.
