• Background in industrial manufacturing sourcing or electronics preferred.
• Experience with supplier development and contract management.
• Ability to manage supplier risk and compliance; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage an annual spend turnover and create/implement sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier relationship management for strategic accounts and develop contracts.
• Understand demand and identify suitable suppliers; review capacity, inventory, and buy-ahead.
• Report status and support project/steering committee meetings.
• Lead supplier development and corrective actions; manage risk in supply chain.
