Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of sourcing experience in an industrial/operations setting.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and supplier economics.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide commodity strategy for indirect spend categories.
• Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing: RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracts.
• Balance category strategies with site-specific technical needs.
• Provide spend, market data analysis and leadership recommendations.
