Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in engineering or supply chain.
• At least 5 years as Category Manager in industrial manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience sourcing in low-cost regions.
• Experience with multiple global locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
• Drive spend analysis and KPI reporting for strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead RFPs/RFQs and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiate and draft supply agreements including terms and currency.
