Job summary

Elkay, located in Milwaukee, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to provide strategic leadership in sourcing for new products. You will collaborate across functions to manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sourcing experience, a BA/BS degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing role with low-cost country sourcing experience.
• Experience building Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating tools to analyze responses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of project components.
• Manage supplier relationships, spend and performance analytics.
• Negotiate and draft supply agreements for domestic and international suppliers.
