Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of category management / sourcing / healthcare operations experience.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience with complex contracting and value analysis initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead category leadership & strategy for assigned portfolios aligned with client priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end strategic sourcing, contracting terms, and value realization.
• Lead stakeholder committees and facilitate decision-making across functions.
