Nestlé USA is seeking a Category Senior Engineer to serve as the technical anchor and execution integrator for an assigned category. The role collaborates with Category Director of Engineering to translate strategy into executable engineering solutions across multiple factories, ensuring alignment with Innovation & Renovation, compliance, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a technical/project engineering role.
• Corporate Engineering experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical leader and process master for assigned manufacturing technologies across the category.
• Translate category strategies into executable technical plans and roadmaps across factories.
• Lead evaluation, feasibility, and implementation of engineering solutions to support growth.
• Drive process optimization, reliability, and manufacturing performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and governance across the network.
• Coach and develop factory engineering capabilities and promote best practices.

Engineering degree

10+ years experience in a technical field

Corporate Engineering experience preferred
