Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Senior Casualty Claims Consultant to deliver client-specific casualty claims services. You will focus on workers’ compensation with exposure to auto and general liability, engaging with clients, carriers, and TPAs remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience adjusting or managing workers' compensation claims or multi-line claims with casualty emphasis.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Identify client exposures and provide casualty consulting to reduce Total Cost of Risk.
• Ensure high service levels from claims administrators and carriers.
• Improve claim outcomes with data analysis and cost containment strategies.
• Coordinate resources and manage projects to meet commitments and budgets.
• Possibly participate in business development as geography requires.
