Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to high complexity claims within settlement authority.
• Ensure customer service excellence.
• Investigate and review policy forms, facts, and documents to resolve claims.
• Establish and review reserves based on investigation and experience.
• Maintain clear claim status reports.
• Provide direction to outside resources.
• Advise management on claim action plans.
• Communicate regularly with customers, agents, and vendors.
• Identify and solve new or unclear problems.
• Develop improvements to enhance performance.
