Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of casualty claims handling experience.
• 5+ years of claims litigation experience.
• Travel (5%) for large loss claim handling or litigation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy to manage casualty claims of high or complex nature.
• Direct handling of certain high value and complex casualty claims.
• Oversight and strategy for large losses and complex coverage questions.
• Litigation management strategy including panel counsel and expense management.
• Share industry trends with the organization.
