Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of casualty claims management experience.
• Minimum 3 years handling high-exposure and complex casualty claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance and legal principles.
• Empathy for customers (insureds and agents).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent advocacy for Berkley One customers and brand experience.
