Berkley One is seeking a Senior Casualty Claim Adjuster to lead handling of significantly high-value and complex casualty claims. The role requires deep casualty claims experience, strategic oversight of large losses, and collaboration with business leaders to grow a profitable book of business.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one remote day where appropriate, in either Wilmington, DE or Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of casualty claims handling experience.
• 5+ years of claims litigation experience.
• Ability to travel (5%) for large loss or litigation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategy to manage high-value or complex casualty claims, including workflows, KPIs, and service metrics.
• Directly handle high-value and complex casualty claims as assigned.
• Oversee large losses, coverage questions, and collaborate on complex losses.
• Lead litigation strategy, panel counsel selection, vendor management, and litigation expenses.
• Share industry insights to inform business decisions and training needs.
