Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner, Casualty for its Middle Market team in Alpharetta. The role manages high-severity commercial claims, including general liability and related excess/umbrella policies, across the United States in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of casualty claims experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. This is a hybrid role with travel up to 10%.

Formación

• 7–10 years of casualty claims experience with primary or excess carrier.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, evaluating and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and ability to travel up to 10% on a hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess coverage issues and draft coverage position letters.
• Develop strategy relative to coverage issues aligned with matters entrusted to the handler.
• Develop timely resolution strategies to mitigate indemnity and expense exposures.
• Maintain contact with claims staff, underwriters, defense counsel, program managers and brokers.
• Investigate claims and review insureds' materials, pleadings and other documents.
