• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years adjusting claims, with at least two years in casualty claims with high complexity.
• Prior claims management and/or auditing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review casualty files and ensure handling complies with best practices and local regulations.
• Provide guidance to claims staff to ensure proper handling and risk mitigation.
• Offer authority on bodily injury claims regarding coverage, liability, and damages.
• Collaborate with claims staff, management, and legal counsel.
• Assist in designing casualty training and targeted audits as needed.
