USI Insurance Services is seeking a skilled Casualty Analytics professional to support the Commercial Lines Account Management and Sales teams. You will analyze, design, price, and present risk options, helping clients solve complex insurance issues.

Expect to guide a Casualty Analytics team, model risk scenarios, and negotiate terms with carriers, while collaborating with claims and risk control. A strong analytics and underwriting background with leadership potential is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Commercial Lines agency with underwriting and technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Property & Casualty license desired or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance, coaching and development to Casualty Analytics team.
• Make recommendations for improvement.
• Assess clients’ contractual liabilities and alignment with their insurance policies and make recommendations.
• Develop client-facing summaries modeling policy options.
• Support Sales Executives with data and proposals for prospective clients.
• Risk profiling using analytical models and resources.
• Negotiate underwriting terms and pricing with carrier partners.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams.
• Develop loss control strategies with claims and risk control.
• Participate in recruiting and training new hires.
• Shape department policies on national and local levels.
