Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Collector for our Enterprise Shared Service Collections team. You will track and escalate gaming balance issues, communicate with casino staff, and manage customer accounts to support profitability across properties.

You will use CMS and Windows Office to update records, assess debts, and coordinate with internal teams. Strong integrity and English proficiency are essential in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in casino industry experience preferred. High School Diploma required, Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Property and Company operations; Caesars experience preferred.
• Excellent time task tracking ability and organizational skills.
• Read, write and speak English without error.
• Able to work in a stressful environment on the phone and via the Internet, performing fact-finding for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and enters all contact with customers having balances.
• Communicates with Marketing staff and management regarding customer gaming balances.
• Interacts via phone or approved means with appropriate parties for collection of gaming balances.
• Creates and updates customer CMS accounts with personal, bank, and disposition information.
• Places items on automatic deposit and handles write-off status changes as needed.
• Performs daily duties and supports other casino departments as required.
